7. Technical Infrastructure
7.1. Hosting: TheraPal.ai is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using their Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) service. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions may be processed and stored on AWS servers.
7.2. Session Management: We use JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) for session management to provide a consistent and personalized experience. JWTs do not contain personal information and are used solely for maintaining conversation context during a session.
7.3. reCAPTCHA: We use reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our website from abuse and fraud. By using our Service, you are subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TheraPal.ai LLC is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided by the AI assistant. In no event shall TheraPal.ai LLC be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TheraPal.ai LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

The Creator's Vision
TheraPal.ai was created by Clark McDowell, a passionate advocate for mental health and aspiring therapist. Clark's vision for TheraPal emerged from a combination of personal experiences, professional insights, and key observations:
